Shrek Jr. is Approaching Fast!

It won’t be long now, I guarantee! Shrek Jr, starring Ian Miller as Shrek, Zac Nagy as Donkey, and Lexi Humphreys as Fiona, is coming up! Ian says, “I’m really excited to perform in front of everybody and show off our hard work. It’s also sad because it will be the last time with all the MYP people.” The cast of the show has been working hard since October, and they’re excited for you to see the show. Miss Byrd, the director, says, “I think this show is very funny. It has a lot of potty-humor that the young kids might find hilarious. It’s an upbeat show that has characters that you might already know, and very talented kids.” The show is Saturday, April 27th at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m, and features songs like “Freak Flag,” “ What's Up, Duloc?,” and “I’m a Believer.” There’s also a wide range of costumes and characters, featuring anything from pigs and wolves to ogres and princesses.
