Whether it’s to inspire students or ignite a love of learning, we’re fortunate to have teachers and their daily influence. There are many steps you need to take to become a teacher. One of those steps is becoming a student teacher. We’re lucky to have four student teachers this year from Butler and Herron School of Art. Ms. Ningen is from California while Ms. Van is from our home state of Indiana. Ms. Membea, a second grade student teacher, said “I always loved school and wanted to share my love of learning with the kids!”
Ms. McCann, a fifth grade student teacher, was assigned to our school but says she would have picked it anyway. “I like IB learning and feel that Butler teaches the IB way well.”
CFI 84 will be sad to see our student teachers leave and would like to thank them for sharing their time, talents and inspiration with us.
