Top 4 Library Books

Everyone is in the library once a week, and you might find a book you want to check out and read. This led us to wonder which books are checked out most. “The most checked-out books in PYP are Cat Kid Comic Club and Guts. MYP’s most checked out books are The Hunger Games and Heartstopper,” said Mrs. Loftus.

We took the challenge to figure out why these books are checked out so much. Cat Kid Comic Club has a message to be kind and understand everyone’s point of view, while Guts is a book with great morals and it lets us look into the author's experience as a child. The Hunger Games is a strong book that teaches us to keep going and survive in bad times. Heartstopper is a quick read with an amazing plot that highlights the journey to find yourself and that good friends matter.

All these books had one thing in common: a good message which created an amazing story.
